This vintage Lord Balabhadra Icon is hand carved from wood and is believed to bring good fortune and prosperity.
In Hindu tradition Lord Balabhadra is part of a divine triad along with his brother Lord Jagannath and sister Devi Subhadra . Balabhadra is considered strong but gentle. He is as clear and bright as the full moon.
The small icon stands about 6" or 15.5cm high and is showing surface wear including paint loss and chipping. Please see pictures for condition.
