A vintage dress from Vivienne Westwood and Malcolm McLaren's Worlds End Label c.1983.
The dress features a round neckline, a dropped shoulder, and 3/4 sleeves. It hangs loosely at the front and extends at the back into a long train. It is made from a sand-coloured perforated jersey cotton. The train may be worn in different ways and is shown here draped around the neck.
The dress is in a good vintage condition with its label intact. There is a patch of discolouration on the back at the bottom of the skirt which is shown in the last picture
The dress is unfitted and measures about 115cm from the shoulder to the skirt end at the front and the train is about 217cm long from the skirt end at the back (measurements are approximate).
Please Note: It is important to take note of the age of the dress. As it is from 1983 it may have signs of use corresponding to its vintage status. I have not personally cleaned it and although it has latterly been stored in a dress bag it may previously have been exposed to the home and social environment (something to note if you have allergies)
